儿童必须预先登记参加所有活动. 我们不接受临时访客. 这允许 our staff to adequately prepare so we keep your children safe 和 our counselors informed. 

注册和付款是通过我们的 校园娱乐门户 在“青年计划”下. Choose your child's age group (if applicable), 和 then any 提供现货. Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

2024夏令营: 

• 注册了 2024年3月11日星期一上午8点 受供养成员. 一年四季只带孩子 SRC会员 可于当日登记. Please make sure your child's membership is activated 和 your accounts are linked 在此之前.
• 注册了 2024年3月18日星期一上午8点 for all SRC members (whose children/gr和children are not members)
• 注册了 2024年3月25日星期一上午8点 所有非会员. This includes USA employees who do not have a SRC会员. 

Note that payment of a membership does not guarantee availability of camp spots. 

2024年父母之夜:

• 登记 will open on March 1 for the Friday, March 22 PNO
• 登记 will open on April 1 for the Friday, April 19 PNO  

秋季/冬季夏令营2024/2025 报名日期待定. 

• 登记 for each summer 营会话 closes the prior Thursday at 11:59 PM. 
• 登记 deadlines for fall/winter camps vary by semester; see our 校园娱乐门户 具体日期. 
• 登记 for 父母' Night Out closes the prior Thursday at noon.

If the 会话 you desire is full, please join our 兴趣列表. We will notify parents who have joined the list when 会话s are available. 

Your receipt will be automatically emailed to you from "USA 校园娱乐" 和 作为您的税务文件. 学校的税号是63-0477348.

• A full refund will be granted if requested by three weeks before the start of your 营会话. 
• A 75% refund will be granted if requested by two weeks before the start of your camp 会话. 
• A 50% refund will be granted if requested by one week before the start of your camp 会话.  
• No refunds are granted less than one week before your 营会话.

填写我们的 退款形式 要求取消和退款. Please see your 会话 receipt for the specific 退款日期. Camp fees cannot be transferred to another 校园娱乐 和 健康 program 比如游泳课或生日聚会. 一旦夏令营开始，那里 没有退款或改期吗.

There is no pro-rated cost if your child cannot attend the entire week.

Illness, injury, registering for the wrong 会话, family emergencies or other extenuating circumstance that occurs less than one week before the start of your 营会话, 和 warrants missing the entire camp week (or the entire day for single-day Fall/Winter camps), will receive a 50% refund pending documentation from a third-party provider. 

For single-day Fall/Winter camps: no refunds will be granted if 校园娱乐 和 健康 is notified on the day of camp that your child will not attend. 

• A full refund will be granted if requested by one week before a 父母' Night Out.
• A 50% refund will be granted less than one week before the event.
• No refunds will be granted if requested on the day of the event.

During the online registration process, please note any medical conditions or allergies 包括食物过敏. 注意孩子是否有肾上腺素注射器，吸入器， or other medication that must be kept with her/him at all times.
