服务学期 is an initiative focused on getting Jags out into the community doing in-person service each semester. Volunteers have a huge impact on the lives of others, 和 we hope you'll consider sharing your time 和 talents with our local partners who are working to meet critical community needs. Launching 服务学期 in Spring 2022

The 服务学期 initiative launched in Spring 2022, 和 University of 南 Alabama volunteers engaged in a variety of ways.

关怀日 afforded students, faculty, 和 staff the opportunity to come together as a Jag family to help local community organizations complete much-needed service projects. 他们 清洁巴士 Mulherin回家, wrote encouraging letters to graduating high school seniors in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of 南 Alabama 和 威尔默霍尔儿童之家 programs, 和 helped sort books at 墨西哥湾沿岸商誉 for local families 和 classrooms.

As the semester concluded, students, faculty, 和 staff who participated in Semester of Service gathered together to celebrate with an afternoon of games, balloon art, 食物、音乐等等.
